Build me a Claude Code skill bundle that helps with authorized bug bounty hunting and external red team work. I want it to make Claude act like a careful senior security researcher, not a generic chatbot.

It should include skills and slash commands for recon, web app testing, API testing, identity issues, cloud misconfigurations, VPN and perimeter checks, APK review, supply chain recon, and report writing. It should use disclosed bug bounty patterns as examples, help map findings to severity, and generate clean evidence with secrets and personal data redacted.

Please include an install guide, usage guide, engagement folder setup, safety notes, and clear scope rules. Keep it focused on external attack surface only. Do not include internal Active Directory attacks, persistence, evasion, malware, or C2 tradecraft.

Make it easy to drop into Claude Code, with organized skill files, helpful commands, and docs a beginner can follow. Look up current Claude Code skills docs online if you need to.
