I want a clean developer docs site for Elementor that feels official and easy to browse. It should be a simple web app where people can find resources and tutorials for building with Elementor, with a clear home page, a docs area, and links out to the main developer site and the developer blog. Make the content structure friendly for developers, with readable article pages, navigation that makes sense, search if it fits naturally, and a layout that works well on mobile and desktop.

Please use the existing project as the starting point and wire up whatever is missing so it can run locally and be easy to maintain. Keep the design lightweight and modern, with Elementor branding but not overly flashy. If there are placeholders, turn them into a believable docs experience using the information in the repo and the public Elementor developer pages. Look up the current docs online if you need to. I mainly want something polished that feels like a real developer documentation portal, not just a bare landing page.
