Build me the STEMM Lab mobile app for students. I want students to register or log in, then either create a team or join one using a team ID or QR code. After login they should see their team details, current rank, and a list of science activities.

Each activity needs an instruction page with a description, equipment, steps, and a tutorial video, then a main page where students can record or enter their results using the phone camera, video, or sensors where needed. They should be able to review and edit their submissions before sending them. Some activities should require the whole team to confirm.

After submitting, students should see their attempts, accuracy, ranking, explanation of the theory, and be able to rate the activity. Add a leaderboard with global and activity rankings, plus settings for username, light and dark mode, terms, help, and logout.

Use the existing images and docs as design guidance, and look up current docs online if needed.
