Build me a tool that can turn a machine into an interactive 3D teardown simulator, all in one offline HTML page.

I want to be able to describe something in plain English, like a motorcycle engine, a watch, or an excavator arm, and have the page show the machine in the center, with the important parts around it, real looking labels and numbers, and a way to click into the part that does the work. It should feel like a proper hands on explainer, where you can inspect how it works piece by piece, and if you leave it alone it should automatically tour itself and highlight the interesting parts.

Please make a few example machines too, so I can see how it’s supposed to look and work. If you need to look up current docs or best practices online, go ahead. I’d also like the option to record a short demo video and include sound if that fits naturally.
