Build me a small proof of concept that takes a design screenshot and turns it into HTML and CSS.

I want it to be easy to run in a notebook, with a simple hello world version first, then a basic HTML version, and then a Bootstrap version that can generalize a bit better on new mockups. Please include the training flow, a way to test on a few sample images, and a simple output that shows the generated code and the rendered result side by side.

If you need to, look up the current docs for any setup details, but keep it simple and easy to follow. I’d like the project to feel like a real demo someone can clone, open, run, and see a screenshot turned into a webpage without having to figure out a lot of missing pieces.
