Build me a toolkit that makes it super easy to create web APIs for Django projects. The most important feature is a user-friendly, browsable API interface. Instead of just getting raw JSON in the browser, developers should see a nice webpage that lets them explore the API endpoints, see which methods are available, and even make test requests using simple forms.

It should handle all the standard stuff you'd expect. It needs to be able to take my Django database models and automatically generate the API endpoints for creating, reading, updating, and deleting items. It should also come with a solid authentication and permissions system so I can easily secure parts of the API.
