Build me a clean working MVP of Bitcode from this repo. I want it to feel like a real product for engineering knowledge where someone can open the Terminal, deposit or read knowledge, see transaction activity, and follow the protocol steps in a way that feels understandable and auditable.

Focus on the current active spec in BITCODE_SPEC.txt and the V28 MVP goals. Please prioritize Terminal and Auxillaries, including wallet support, BTC testnet behavior, profile, externals, interfaces, the MCP API, and the ChatGPT App MVP flow. Exchange and Conversations can stay present but should not distract from the main MVP if they’re deferred.

Make it runnable locally in the existing mock demo mode, fix broken screens or routes, wire up realistic demo data where needed, and keep tests and docs aligned with what actually works. If anything is unclear, read the repo docs first and look up current docs online if needed.
