Build me a polished personal website monorepo like enji.dev. I want a clean portfolio site with a homepage, a blog powered by MDX, a project showcase, and a work or experience section. It should feel modern and smooth, with tasteful animations, responsive layouts, and styling that works well on desktop and mobile.

Use Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, MDX, pnpm, and Turborepo since this is meant to be a personal website plus future side projects in one repo. Include sensible shared packages if needed, and make the site easy to customize with my name, bio, links, projects, posts, and work history.

Please also set up the basic environment file flow for local development, including a database connection string and a secret salt for hashing visitor IP addresses if the site needs analytics or tracking. Add clear README instructions so I can install dependencies, copy the env example, and run everything locally with pnpm.
