Build me a safe, consent based Android device management demo inspired by this repo. I don’t want anything stealthy or harmful, and it should only work on a phone I own with clear permission screens and an always visible status notification.

I want an Android client app and a simple web admin panel where I can see connected test devices, basic device info, installed apps, battery and network status, location only after permission, and a simple file browser for a sandbox folder inside the app. Add a serial key or login screen for the admin panel, since the README mentions that.

Please leave out keylogging, hidden monitoring, password or pattern unlock, shell commands, wiping, self destruct, spying on messages, or anything that could be used as malware. Make the UI look like a polished premium dashboard using the logo and screenshots style if possible. Look up current Android permission rules online if you need to.
