Build me a self hosted Python CLI that finds B2B leads from a simple product description and target market. I want to type something like what I sell and who I want, then have it search a licensed lead data source, qualify each person with an LLM, and write out a CSV with the leads that fit, including a plain English reason for each one.

It should feel like a tool I can run locally, with a command to start a search, a command to check status, and an option to also look up emails for the best matches if I ask for that. Please make sure rejected leads do not export, and that the output is ready to import into a cold email tool without extra cleanup.
