Build me an Antigravity IDE side panel that helps me manage multiple accounts and track my AI usage in one place.

I want a clean dashboard with tabs for Accounts, Token Budget, and Usage Stats, plus a full view for conversation details. It should let me switch accounts instantly, show each account’s quota, reset timer, plan info, and current status, and update automatically without me refreshing anything. I also want a live view of what is taking up my context window, with clear breakdowns, charts, and a way to open the full conversation details and copy or save them.
