Build me a local web app for criminal network analysis and visualization, based on the README for this project.

I want to be able to load criminal network data, explore the network visually, and see things like communities, influence between people, and likely links that might exist between nodes. The app should have a clean browser interface, start from a simple Python entry point, and run locally so I can open it in my browser and interact with the graph.

Please wire up the analyzer side and the visualizer side so the main workflow actually works end to end, using the existing project structure and sample datasets if they’re already there. If anything depends on current library behavior or setup details, look up the latest docs online and make it work with the version of Python the project expects.
