Build me a Home Assistant custom integration for Pax and Vent Axia Bluetooth extractor fans, mainly for the Calima family but also working with Levante 50, Svara, and Svensa if possible.

I want it to show up nicely in Home Assistant so I can add a fan from Settings, either by Bluetooth discovery or by entering the device details manually if discovery does not find it. It should let me read the fan status and control the important settings when I have the right PIN, but still add the device in read only mode if I do not. Expose useful sensors like temperature, humidity, light, airflow, and any other fan values that are available.

Please make it easy to install through HACS too, and if Bluetooth is not available, it should work through an ESP32 Bluetooth proxy. If you need to check current Home Assistant or ESPHome docs online, feel free to do that.
