Build me a dark, terminal style trading dashboard that runs on free public market data and does not need any API keys.

I want a fast keyboard driven app where I can search symbols with a command palette, open a quote panel, and drag around widgets like charts, news, a market screener, sector heatmap, options chain, crypto board, macro dashboard, and a simple portfolio tracker. The charting should feel professional, with candlesticks, multiple timeframes, volume, and common indicators like moving averages, RSI, MACD, and Bollinger Bands. Prices, news, and market data should refresh automatically, and if one data source fails it should fall back to another instead of breaking the page.

Make it work as a full web app with a backend and local persistence for layouts and portfolio data. If you need to look up current docs or public endpoints, do that. Keep the whole thing polished, dense, and easy to use from the keyboard.
