Build me a desktop app for managing JW Library backup files on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

I want to be able to open a .jwlibrary backup archive and browse the data inside in a simple GUI, including notes, highlights, bookmarks, favorites, annotations, and playlists. Let me view items, delete them, edit them, merge data from different backups, and clean up any leftover or unused records in the database. It should also support exporting selected data to a spreadsheet or a text file, importing it back into an existing archive or a new one, and exporting notes to markdown. I’d also like notes to be taggable, and for note and highlight colors to be changed in bulk.

Please make it feel polished and easy to use, with language options for at least English and the other common languages already supported here. If you need to check current library or GUI docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
