Build me a local app called Harvey that acts like an autonomous sales assistant.

I want it to find small businesses worth reaching out to, look at their websites, learn a little about each one, and write personalized cold emails that mention something specific it found. It should keep track of prospects, draft emails, send campaigns, read replies, and keep pushing conversations toward booking a meeting.

It should run on my machine in a loop, with a simple dashboard on localhost so I can see what it’s doing, review leads, approve messages before they go out, and watch the pipeline move from prospecting to drafts to sent replies. Please make it work without API keys if possible, using my Claude Code subscription for the AI side, and keep costs low for discovery and site reading.

I’d also like a command line way to train it on my business, choose what counts as a good lead, and start or pause the agent. If you need to look up current docs online, do that.
