ether/etherpad ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted real time document editor where multiple people can type in the same page at once and see each other’s changes instantly.

I want every change to keep track of who made it, with color coded authors, full revision history, and a way to scrub back through earlier versions of the document. It should feel simple and fast, work in a browser, and be easy to run on my own server with no telemetry or surprise cloud services.

Please include an admin area, support for plugins, and a clean way to export documents and their history. If it makes sense, set it up so it can run locally with Docker too, and make sure the app starts on a normal port like 9001. Keep the design practical and focused on collaboration, not flashy extras.
