Build me the frontend for an RTB Accreditation platform using the codebase that is already here. It needs to feel clean, organized, and production ready, with three clearly separate experiences for Applicant, Evaluator, and Super Admin users.

For Applicants, include login or onboarding, institution profile, applications, and a way to see evaluation status and certification outcomes. For Evaluators, include assigned applications, review screens, due diligence, paper evaluation, and findings or comments. For Super Admin, include evaluator management, evaluator assignment, criteria management, progress monitoring, and overall platform oversight.

Please follow the existing design direction in the project and keep the current UI style consistent instead of reinventing it. Use the existing shared components, layouts, logo, and auth banner, and keep the main action color as #0088FF throughout buttons, active states, focus states, and highlights. If backend pieces are missing, use sensible frontend placeholders or mock data without overcomplicating it. Keep the flows and role based areas easy to understand.
