Build me a self hosted GPS tracking web app for vehicles that works as a simple alternative to Traccar and follows what this repo is aiming for. I want a clean dashboard where I can add devices, see their live location on a map, review trips and trip details, check reports and stats, and manage vehicles, maintenance, and refueling records.

It should support the tracker types mentioned in the project like Sinotrack, Coban, Teltonika, Concox, JimiLab, Queclink, OsmAnd, Aquila, and TKStar. Please include multi user access with permissions, custom alarms like geofence, motion, and speed, plus Telegram notifications. I also want public share links for a single trip or an entire device history.
