Build me a personal AI news and intelligence dashboard that updates twice a day and helps me understand what actually matters in AI, not just a noisy feed.

I want it to pull from a bunch of places like arXiv, Hacker News, GitHub, Hugging Face, YouTube, Kaggle, RSS, and similar sources. Each item should get screened by Claude for relevance, then shown with a short one sentence hook. On top of that, generate a daily brief with sections like Signal, Rising, Watch, and Shift, plus longer weekly digests, story threads that connect related articles over time, a model release tracker, trending AI repos, notable datasets, milestone predictions with evidence, a personalized advisor for project ideas, and a timeline of major AI events into the future.

Make it feel like a clean web app I can run locally with a simple database and then deploy easily. It should create its data automatically, keep cron style update routes for fetching and analysis, and separate raw ingest from AI processing. Look up current docs online if you need to.
