Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a drop in contract review skill for AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot.
I want to paste in an NDA, SaaS agreement, merchant agreement, M&A agreement, or finder agreement and say which side I’m on, like customer, vendor, buyer, seller, or receiving party. The skill should give a practical first pass review with clear red, yellow, and green risk ratings, a quick scan of the biggest danger signs, key terms with section references, missing provisions, internal inconsistencies, and plain English notes on what matters.
It should compare terms against normal market ranges, explain what is realistic to negotiate, and provide actual replacement language instead of just saying “negotiate this.” Please ground the review in CUAD style contract risk categories and include US law focused jurisdiction notes where relevant.
Also make it clear this is not legal advice. Include useful examples and output structured redlines that could be used later to generate Word redlines or PDF memos. Look up current Agent Skills docs online if you need to.
