Build me a self hosted tournament management app that’s easy to use for clubs and events.

I want a web app where I can create clubs, add tournaments under each club, and manage teams and players. It should support single elimination, round robin, and swiss formats, and let me build a tournament with multiple stages and groups. I also want a clean public dashboard for sharing schedules, standings, and bracket views, with a logo and simple branding options.

Please make match planning easy, including drag and drop scheduling so I can move matches between courts or change the start time quickly. For swiss tournaments, it should be able to handle the schedule automatically. Use a modern frontend and a reliable backend, and make it run well in Docker with PostgreSQL so I can self host it.
