Build me a website called ApiVault that helps people browse public APIs in one place. I want a clean landing page and a searchable directory where users can discover APIs by category, see a short description, auth type, whether it supports CORS and HTTPS, the API URL, and maybe a view count or source link. It should also have a way for people to submit a new API so the list can grow over time.

Make it feel polished and modern, with smooth animations and a friendly interface that works well on desktop and mobile. Use the existing public APIs data if that helps, and set it up so I can run everything easily with Docker. If you need to check current docs for the frontend or backend pieces, go ahead and look them up online. I’d like the app to be ready to run locally and show the directory at localhost:3000.
