Build me a personal AI assistant that runs on my own computer and feels like a real helper, not just a chat box.

It should be able to hold conversations, remember important things about me, and use that memory to get better over time. I want it to handle long running jobs in the background, like checking on things, running tasks later, or watching for changes and notifying me when something happens. It should support voice so I can talk to it hands free, and it should also be reachable from my phone and maybe smart glasses so it can speak back, show me text, and take photos when needed.
