Build me a remote MCP server for B2B prospecting that I can plug into my AI assistant.

I want to be able to ask for company research, lead lists, contact enrichment, and outreach personalization in plain English, then have the assistant use live business data to answer. It should let me search companies by things like name, domain, industry, size, location, and tech stack, find and enrich contacts, show a quick sample preview first, and only generate the full export when I explicitly ask for it. The full dataset should be downloadable as CSV.

Make it work as a hosted service with browser based sign in on first use, so there is no local setup and no API key for me to manage. It should be easy to connect from Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Gemini CLI, and other MCP clients through one URL. If you need current MCP or auth docs, look them up online and follow the modern approach.
