f-droid/fdroid-website — reverse-engineered prompt

I want this repo turned into a working local copy of the F Droid website so I can preview and edit it easily. Please get the Jekyll site building and serving on localhost:4000, including the main pages, docs, tutorials, blog posts, translations, and the app related content the site pulls from an F Droid repo.

If the normal build is too heavy, use the smaller repo setting mentioned in the project so local development stays fast. Also make sure any custom plugin setup this site depends on is handled properly, and fix whatever config or dependency issues come up so the site actually runs cleanly.

When you are done, leave the project in a state where I can start it again with a simple command, and give me a short note on what you changed and how to run it. If you need to, look up the current Jekyll and F Droid website docs online.
