Build me a modern web based editor for OpenStreetMap called Rapid. I want someone to open it in a browser, view a map, pick an area, and make clean map edits without feeling overwhelmed.

It should feel friendly for new mappers but still useful for experienced ones. Include smart mapping tools, helpful open data layers, and AI assisted suggestions where they make sense, so people can add or fix roads, places, and other map details faster. Add checks that warn users when their edits look inconsistent or inaccurate before they save anything.

Please make the interface polished, fast, and map focused, with clear controls for editing, reviewing, and fixing issues. It should work as a public editor site, and also include a simple example showing how another website could open or embed the editor.

Use the existing project as the guide, and look up current OpenStreetMap docs online if you need to.
