facebook/docusaurus ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple tool for creating documentation websites for open source projects, similar to Docusaurus.

I want someone to be able to start a new site quickly, write docs in markdown, have a nice home page, a docs section, a blog, and a few normal support pages. The site should be easy to customize so projects can make it feel like their own brand without fighting the tool. It should handle the boring website build work so maintainers can focus on writing and updating content.

Please include localization support so a project can translate docs for different communities. Make the default site clean, modern, and friendly, with navigation, search ready structure, responsive pages, and a production build that can be deployed to common hosting services like Vercel or Netlify.

Use TypeScript and React if that makes sense. Look up current docs online if you need to.
