Build me a simple Python tool that checks IPTV Mac addresses against a server.

I want it to ask for an IPTV link, then generate Mac addresses one by one and send requests to see what account info comes back, like subscription expiry and how many channels are available. It should also let me start from a specific Mac address if I already have one, and if I stop it with Ctrl C it should exit cleanly and remember where it was if possible.
