Build me a Windows desktop app for downloading YouTube videos in bulk. I want to be able to paste one or more YouTube links, including full channels, playlists, single videos, and shorts, then have the app fetch the video list, let me choose what I want, and download everything with a clean modern interface.

Please include pause and resume, real time progress for each download, and the ability to run multiple downloads at once. I also want settings for download location, file naming, and how videos are organized into folders. It should support browser cookies for videos that need sign in, and let me export the list to a file so I can reopen it later without scraping again.
