Build me a WhatsApp API backend that lets me connect multiple WhatsApp accounts at once, log in with QR codes, and keep those sessions alive even after the server restarts.

I want an admin dashboard where I can see session status, scan QR codes, test API calls, and watch incoming events in real time. The API should let me send text, images, documents, locations, contacts, polls, and replies, plus manage groups and chat labels. Please include support for bulk messaging, message history, and automatic saving of incoming media files. Make the endpoints protected with an API key, and let the dashboard use that too.
