Build me a cross platform personal AI assistant app in Python that feels like a real Jarvis style desktop companion.

It should listen by voice, speak back in real time, and control the computer with commands like opening apps, managing windows, adjusting volume and brightness, checking weather, reading files, and doing web searches. I want a nice HUD with an animated face or avatar, live waveform, and a few simple controls for microphone, speaker, voice, theme color, and assistant name.
