Build me a self hosted web app for running AI agents that handle customer support and sales conversations.

I want it to connect to WhatsApp and other channels through Chatwoot, reply in text or voice, understand audio and images, and use a knowledge base to answer questions, book appointments, create quotes, collect payments, and hand things off to a human when needed. The agent should feel natural, like it waits for the person to finish typing, shows typing indicators, and sends messages in a conversational way.

I also want an operator dashboard where I can manage agents, prompts, tools, channels, logs, and settings, see conversations, monitor costs, and review what the agent did. It should support multiple AI providers, including local models, and be designed to run on my own infrastructure with Docker and PostgreSQL.
