Build me a Flutter mobile app called Per Astra that teaches developers how to use Claude, prompt engineering, and the Anthropic stack through short gamified lessons. I want it to feel like Duolingo, with daily exercises, multiple choice questions, and write your own prompt challenges. It should have a skill tree that shows the learning path from prompt basics to API use and tool calling, plus XP, levels, streaks, badges, and certificates for progress.

Make it work fully offline with all lesson content bundled in the app, and save progress locally on the device with SQLite so no account or login is needed. I want it to run on both iOS and Android, with a clean friendly learning experience and simple navigation.
