Build me an open source browser agent that can drive a real browser for me from plain English, both as an MCP server for coding assistants and as a simple local web app. I want to be able to tell it things like search the web, open pages, compare results, fill out forms, collect info, and help with job hunting or lead generation, while acting more like a normal person using the browser instead of hitting APIs.

It should run locally, keep my sessions and cookies on my machine, and let me use my own OpenRouter key. Make the interface easy to use, with a chat panel and a live browser view, and let me set things like proxy, profile, seed, and browser binary if needed.
