Build me a Blender shader pack that helps people make datamined Genshin Impact character models look close to the in game anime style.

I want it to come as ready to append Blender files with the main character shader, outline shader, and post processing setup. The user should be able to open a fresh Blender or Goo Engine 3.3 plus project, append the materials, swap them onto their character mesh, plug in the right textures, and attach a Head Origin empty to the head bone so the face and lighting behave properly.

Please focus on recreating the stylized HoYoverse look, including toon shading, clean outlines, and a polished preview scene. It doesn’t need to be perfectly accurate, but it should be useful for renders and animations. Include simple usage notes in the README, credit guidance, license info, and links or placeholders for demo videos and community contact. Keep it free and make it clear that no game assets or extraction tools are included.
