Build me a full featured demo admin app with Filament that shows off a realistic mix of business workflows.

I want three main areas, a shop, a blog, and an HR section. The shop should cover products, orders, customers, brands, and categories, with things like a multi step order form, inline customer creation, order totals, filters, grouping, drag and drop sorting, image uploads, soft deletes, and a dashboard with stats and charts. The blog should let me manage posts, authors, categories, comments, and tags, with a rich text editor, tabbed post pages, CSV import and export, and simple modal based management where that makes sense. The HR area should handle employees, departments, projects, tasks, timesheets, leave requests, and expenses, with tabbed forms, conditional fields, workflow actions, repeatable line items, and helpful dashboards.

Make it feel like a polished demo app I can run locally, with a seeded admin login ready to go. If you need anything from current docs, look it up online.
