Build me a multi tenant affiliate marketing app where one owner can run several niche sites from a single dashboard.

It should let me create funnels and landing pages, manage contacts in a CRM, send email broadcasts, and set up simple visual automations when someone fills out a form or buys a product. I also want page A B testing, page version history so I can roll back changes, and AI help for writing headlines, body copy, CTA text, and email drafts. If no AI key is set, it should still work with a basic fallback.

Please include a small marketplace where I can browse offers and promote one into a funnel with one click, plus ClickBank webhook support so sales can be tracked and buyers can be tagged automatically. Make sure each workspace stays isolated, with a master account that can switch between tenants. Also include onboarding, custom domain support, basic admin tools, and a clean responsive UI. Use the current docs online if you need to, and build it so it can run locally with seeded demo data.
