Build me an Emby Server plugin that lets me connect an Xtream compatible IPTV provider and use it like a normal Emby source for live TV, movies, and series.

I want a simple settings page inside Emby where I can enter the server URL, username, and password, test the connection, pick which channel or VOD categories to include, choose the live stream format, and set how many days of guide data to pull. Please generate live TV playlist and guide data for Emby, and also create STRM files for movies and shows so Emby can scan them as regular libraries with proper season and episode folders.

It should have a dashboard that shows sync status, progress, history, and basic library stats. Please make syncing smart so it skips files that already exist, cleans up removed items, and supports metadata matching with movie and show IDs when possible. Also include optional adult filtering and optional Dispatcharr support for live streams.
