Build me a professional desktop app called Super Timecode Converter for live shows, broadcast, DJs, and AV installs. I want one window where an operator can run up to 8 separate timecode engines at the same time, with tabs, clear status displays, frame rate and offset controls, and simple routing from one input to many outputs.

Each engine should be able to listen to Pioneer Pro DJ Link, Denon StageLinQ, MIDI Time Code, Art Net, LTC audio, or an internal generator. Outputs should include MIDI Time Code, Art Net, LTC audio, TCNet, and audio thru for the main engine. The generator should have clock and transport modes, presets with start and stop timecodes, import and export, OSC control, and optional audio playback locked to timecode.

Add real Pioneer CDJ and DJM network support with player discovery, playhead tracking, mixer status, metadata, waveforms, cues, and crossfader follow. Use C++ with JUCE for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Look up current docs online if needed.
