Build me a simple website for browsing the FiveThirtyEight data archive.

I want a homepage that shows the full list of data sets from the index file, with search and filters so I can quickly find things by topic or name. Each data set should open to a detail page that shows the title, a short description, the related story if there is one, and the files or notebook content in that folder. Make it easy to see that this is a read only archive, not something you edit in place.

Please keep the design clean and easy to scan, since there are a lot of entries. If you need to look up any current docs or best practices for displaying large data catalogs, go ahead and do that. Also include a clear note about the licenses, and a small notice that the sports forecasts stopped being updated after June 13, 2023.
