Build me a simple warehouse management web app for a small business.

I want staff to be able to manage warehouse inventory, see what stock is available, record stock coming in and going out, and keep the day to day warehouse process organized without needing a big ERP system. It should feel clean and practical, with a modern web interface, support for QR codes, and language support so it can be used by different teams.

Please make it work as a full app with a Vue style front end and a .NET back end, with a database behind it. It should be easy to run locally and also possible to deploy with Docker. Keep the screens simple and business friendly, not overly technical.
