Build me a macOS app that shows one clean catalog of all the command line tools installed on my Mac, with a matching terminal command that can print the same data as JSON for AI tools.

I want it to find tools from Homebrew, npm, Cargo, and common user command folders, then group commands by package so helper executables do not clutter everything up. In the app, I should be able to browse, search, favorite, archive, and restore tools, see what changed since the last scan, and open a detail view for each tool with its version, description, source, and useful examples. It should also show my shell history for each tool, and if I ask for it, it can look through Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code transcripts to show agent runs too.

Make the CLI support scanning, listing, searching, showing, inspecting, history, stats, and JSON output. Keep the catalog in a local file in the user Library folder, and make the app and CLI share it. Use current docs online if you need to.
