flightsadmin/flights ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Laravel admin package for managing flights, with a clean dashboard for users, admins, and a super admin. I want it to plug into an existing Laravel app easily, and after installing it I should be able to run one command to set everything up, including the frontend assets and any basic auth scaffolding if the app does not already have login in place.

The app should use Livewire for the main admin experience, and role based access should work out of the box with separate permissions for different user levels. Please include a simple flight management area, a user management section, and sensible default accounts so I can log in right away and test it.
