Build me a privacy first app called ZTM that lets me create my own decentralized private network between devices, even if they are behind firewalls or on different networks. I want a simple flow where I can start one hub on a cloud machine, start agents on my laptop or other computers, join them into a named mesh with a permit file, and then see which endpoints are online.
Please include both a usable command line tool and a friendly local GUI I can open in the browser after starting an agent. If there is already a desktop app path in this project, wire that up too. The main experience should make it easy to connect home and work devices, securely reach a remote computer, and share data over encrypted channels with certificate based identity and access control.
It should run on macOS, Windows, and Linux if the repo supports that. Keep the setup smooth, with clear status screens and basic help text. Look up current docs online if you need to.
