Build me a desktop app for sketching and handwritten notes that feels great with a stylus and tablet.

I want an infinite canvas note taking and drawing app where I can write, draw shapes, move and resize things I already made, and organize multiple documents in tabs. It should let me import PDFs and images so I can annotate them, and export my work to common formats like PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPEG. Please include a clean adaptive interface that works well on small and big screens, support pressure sensitive pen input, customizable pen styles, page backgrounds and layouts, autosave, printing, and drag and drop. Also add a simple workspace browser so I can quickly open related files.

Use Rust and GTK4 like a modern Linux app, and if you need to check anything current in the docs online, go ahead. I’d like the native file format to save and load notes reliably, plus a basic command line tool for simple file handling too.
