Build me a simple repo for an FMHY style safety filterlist that blocks unsafe sites, with two versions people can choose from.

I want a Basic version that only blocks clearly malicious sites, and a Plus version that also blocks stuff that is not recommended or potentially unsafe, like shady apps and download sites. Keep the source easy to edit with plain text lists, then have one build script generate all the public filter files people would actually use, including the normal list, an Adblock style version, domains, hosts, wildcard domains, and wildcard URLs. It should be easy to update and publish from GitHub raw links.

Please also include a clear README for regular users that explains what Basic versus Plus means, how to subscribe in uBlock Origin and Brave, and where to use the raw URLs for each format. If it makes sense, keep a small reasons file or notes for why entries are blocked. Look up current filter syntax online if you need to.
