Build me a white label WhatsApp sales SaaS template that I can run under my own brand.

I want businesses to connect their WhatsApp number, create tenants, manage basic sales skills, and let an AI sales agent reply to incoming WhatsApp messages automatically. The agent should remember recent buyer conversations, use a simple knowledge base or catalog lookup, qualify leads, help close sales, and send replies back through a WhatsApp gateway.

Please include an admin dashboard where I can see health status, create and view tenants, connect WhatsApp onboarding, and manage skills or goals. The backend should expose the needed API routes for webhooks, tenants, onboarding, skills, and health, with secure Meta webhook verification, rate limiting, CORS, and safe logging.

Make it ready for local development and production on a VPS with Docker, Postgres, Redis, nginx with TLS, deploy scripts, backups, rollback, and clear quickstart docs. Keep real API keys and tenant data out of the repo, use example config files, and make it easy for me to add my own Meta and OpenRouter keys later.
