Build me a private, local first web app called Personal People Analyzer.

I want to log people I know, add interactions like meetings, calls, and chats, and record simple observations and questionnaire answers about how each person behaves. The app should turn that into clear, evidence based scores and flags using fixed rules, not AI judgments. Show me an overall score, trust and risk breakdowns, confidence, red flags, green flags, a simple classification, and practical advice for how to deal with that person.

It should let me create, edit, search, archive, and delete people, upload profile photos, view a radar style chart, and export a clean PDF report. Please make it work offline friendly, with a dark mode, local database by default, and optional Postgres support for deployment.
