Build me a documentation template for vibe coding that uses one main folder as the source of truth, and lets AI generate the rest of the project docs from it.

I want a clean repo that explains how to start a new project, how to handle a rewrite, how to adopt an existing app, how to do maintenance on a live system, and how to migrate old docs into the new structure. Please make the main rules folder read only, and have the other folders be generated output for planning, dev docs, architecture, revamp notes, production docs, reports, and migration support.

Also include clear starter instructions, sample prompts a person can paste into an AI tool, and enough structure so someone can copy the rules into a fresh project and begin right away. Keep it simple, organized, and practical, and if you need to check current best practices online, do that too.
